All 76dollshop dolls are shipped directly from our factory in China. We will send a tracking number to your email once your doll is shipped.

▌Customs Clearance
To expedite customs clearance and minimize your hassle, we charter a plane to ship your package to the United States. Please note that no tracking information will be updated until customs clearance is complete. This process typically takes around 5-8 working days.
After customs clearance, FedEx will take over and deliver your package. FedEx will update the tracking information once they have the package. Please monitor your tracking information to ensure smooth delivery.
▌Customs Duties and Taxes
In some countries, import taxes may apply at delivery. These fees usually range from $100 to $150 or more, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for these import taxes and fees. We will assist you throughout this process to ensure it is as smooth as possible. (Note: Customers in the US do not need to pay any import taxes and fees.)

▌Shared Duty Fees: For customers in Canada, Norway, Australia, South Africa, and certain other countries, we will share up to 50% of the duty fees (up to a maximum of $150 USD). We will also handle communication with customs to ensure a hassle-free process. The typical extra cost is around $150, and we can provide an estimate before your purchase.
